Common Causes
A file with many pages, complex content, or a network problem can cause translation progress to remain unchanged for a long time.
What to Do
- First check whether the page still shows Translating, and observe it for a while.
- For large or complex files, wait patiently and do not submit the file again immediately.
- Check your network connection and refresh the project details page to confirm the latest status.
- If the same file is abnormal multiple times, split the PDF into smaller files, or export the affected pages as images and translate them instead.
