What Should I Do if a File Cannot Be Uploaded or the Upload Fails?

Common Causes ​

  • The file format is not supported.
  • An individual file is larger than 50 MB, or more than 20 files were selected in one upload.
  • Your network connection was interrupted or is unstable.

What to Do ​

  1. Confirm that the file is a PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WEBP.
  2. Confirm that each file is no larger than 50 MB. Compress or split larger files. If you have more than 20 files, upload them in separate batches.
  3. Switch to a stable network and try again. Avoid closing the page while changing networks.
